Biography
Patrick Marshall is a retired U.S. Coast Guard Lieutenant Commander whose 30-year career in leadership, operations, and crisis management. His experience leading through uncertainty became the groundwork for a second mission — guiding others to navigate their own crossroads with clarity and purpose.
With over 30 years in developing and growing next generation leaders, behavioral health and vocational support, He brings the same structure and calm decisiveness from his military background into human-centered work that restores confidence, builds direction, and drives meaningful progress.
As the founder of Servant’s Compass, Patrick blends the discipline of leadership with the empathy of service. His approach helps people and organizations align values with action, creating lives and workplaces rooted in respect, resilience, and forward momentum.
